Shipping Policy

All products purchased through our website are shipped via UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for any reason. Please make sure you have a physical address listed as your shipping address when you place your order. If your order is processed with a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be held for up to five days. If we are unable to verify a physical address within that time frame, your order will be cancelled and charges reversed.

Same Day Shipping

We offer same day shipping on all orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on any business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if there is an issue with your order you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be acknowledged within 5 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Return/Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item, please email customer service at customerservice@newenglandhaircare.com to begin the return/exchange process. 


Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may also take 5-10 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
