Place cotton strip around the hairline. Saturate each rod, top, and bottom, with Inflúance Conditioning Neutralizer. Allow Neutralizer to process for 10 minutes (includes application time). DO NOT REMOVE RODS. Thoroughly rinse rods with lukewarm water, then towel blot. Remove rods and gently rinse as needed to remove all residue, then towel blot the hair to remove excess water. Proceed with Moisturizing Activator.
